How to disinfect?
Silicone bowls can be boiled and steam sterilized in 3 minutes. However, do not touch the heat conductor (rim, rim, etc.)

Can it be microwaved?
You can use a microwave oven to heat it within 3 minutes

Is it easy to stain?
The surface molecular structure of silica gel products is loose, and the concentration of natural pigments contained in fruits and other foods is high, and it will be slightly stained, which is a normal situation, and it is recommended to wash it immediately after eating.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item if your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
